The Container Store

Just moved into my apartment and needed Elfa shelving. With the amount of information on the site, I was quickly overwhelmed. I called in to Clarendon and got David who graciously spent time explaining the Elfa system, providing SKU numbers, and giving great advice. Great customer service - knowledgable, patient, and forgiving.

Wish I’d checked the validation policy before leaving the store. Garage charges by the hour and I assumed I was good for an hour, but validation is only for 1/2 hour. It’s 1/2 off for 30-120 minutes. Option was to go to Whole Foods and get validated there (2hrs) but I didn’t know because no one answered the phone in a reasonable time (several cycles though automated greeting) and a car pulled up behind me so I had to pay and go. Especially annoying because it’s Sunday so I could have parked on the street for free. Employee who greeted and checked me out from the garage entrance was friendly

Customer service and attention to detail was excellent. Worked with Mary at the store to design closet and pantry, she was amazing. Vernon came to install in home and he was fantastic. Overall such a great experience, cant recommend highly enough
