The Lock Up Self Storage

At the last minute I had to rent a storage unit for some furniture. I tried to do it online, but because I was using my homeowners insurance I had to call in. The agent on the phone was extremely helpful and I was able to rent the storage unit for moving in the next day. When I arrived I realized I needed a larger unit. The person on site was able to quickly change my lease to a larger unit and adjust the rental amount. I was able to back my box truck into their garage and right to the elevator. They had carts available to use as well. The overall process was extremely easy. The facility is clean, well lit and appears to be secure. The rental fee seems in line with storage facilities in the surrounding neighborhoods. It will be easy to bring in additional pieces or bring out season items as I need them. I would recommend this facility.

Was easy move. The truck I was able to use basically for free fit everything inside. Unloading to the storage unit was easy with all the cart available. Very happy!

The reason I'm giving two stars has nothing to do with the facility or its cleanliness, but the constant increase in the monthly fee! Five years ago it was 69.00 for a 5X10 locker, yesterday I got notice it's going up again!! My monthly payment is now $160.00!!! No thank you. I'll be leaving this month.
