The Lock Up Self Storage

New mangment is horrible.Rude, arrogant,lazy. The wire screen on my storage was full of trash, and some smaller trash had also got into my space. It seemed like someone just dumped a trash bag over on top, instead of taking it out. The 2 new guys in the office were so rude they didn't even give me chance to tell them about the trash. For the amount of money they charge they can at least keep the place clean. Moving out.

The storage facility is great, clean, easy to access, and that back loading bay is barely ever occupied 👌 The highlight, though, is the super friendly and helpful staff behind the counter. They handle every issue quickly, with a smile and a kind word each time. Best place in town!

I had the best experience with Brian and Chris! I was moving from Ohio and after the hurricanes there wasn’t much selection. They both called me when something came open to see if it would fit my needs. On move in day Brian was so kind and efficient! I was in a hurry bc my new apt complex kept changing move in times and Brian was very patient with me. The place is very clean and I feel safe going there alone. I’m so happy I chose this facility!
