I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the storage services at The Lock Up Storage, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth by the manager, Mel. The storage units at Lock It Up Storage are well maintained and very secure providing peace of mind that my belongings are safe and secure. Mel took the time to thoroughly explain the pricing structure, ensuring there were no hidden fees or surprises. Their transparency and honesty were truly refreshing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of storage solutions.

This storage facility is truly top notch! Very clean, temperature controlled, easy access until 9pm and the property manager Mel is a great guy. I used this facility for about 5 years and I didn't have a single problem. The one downside is that the price raised over time, but that is to be expected. Other than that I highly recommend using this storage facility in Wheaton. Quick tip, when you sign up they will give you 3 keys and tell you to hide one of them in a safe place, I suggest writing down where you hide that one key or keeping a note on your phone because when it came time to turn in my keys I turned my place upside down trying to remember where I hid one of the keys.
