Having to pack up one’s belongings is hard enough, mentally and physically, I am so grateful to have received a referral from my broker for The Mobile Storage Guy! They are absolutely responsive, patient and understanding, I even needed assistance with insuring my stored items and they were able to assist me with that, I even misplaced the information and requested it again within minutes the information was provided! Dealing with TMSG has made a very trying personal experience much easier to deal with!

Two storage companies looked at our street and basically said, “Nope.” The Mobile Storage Guy showed up with a robot and solved the problem in 20 minutes. We live on a narrow one way street up a hill, and getting onsite storage delivered turned out to be much harder than we expected. The first company actually showed up with their truck and container, took one look, and decided they couldn’t safely drop the pod and get their truck out without backing all the way down the hill. So they left. The second company had me send multiple photos and videos of the street and driveway. After a lot of waiting and several follow ups, it eventually became clear they weren’t going to help either. At that point we were in the middle of a home renovation and needed to move furniture out quickly so work could continue. I was honestly getting desperate and was close to ordering an overpriced storage shed online that was too small for what we actually needed. Then I found The Mobile Storage Guy. What impressed me right away was that they specialize in tight placements and use robotic technology to move the containers. When I called, they looked up our address and immediately came up with a solution. The plan was simple: park the truck on the lower street and use the robot to drive the container up the hill. And that’s exactly what they did. Esau handled the delivery and he was fantastic. He maneuvered the 8 by 16 container up the hill with incredible precision and placed it perfectly on our driveway. What I thought was going to be a stressful logistical problem looked effortless in his hands. He was thoughtful about placement, careful around the house, and even suggested a better position for the unit so it would be easier for us when loading items. He clearly knew the equipment and technology inside and out and was professional, helpful, and easy to work with the entire time. After two companies basically gave up on our property, it was such a relief to work with a team that actually figures things out. 10 out of 10 recommend The Mobile Storage Guy.
