The Storage Center - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

We come here all the time for our work storage and everything is in working and pristine condition. The parking lot stays clean and if there are any trash Felicia is on it for whatever is lingering around. The bathrooms are always clean. The A/C always works, and there isn’t any trash or bad smells throughout the building. Felicia is always on site and ready to help us with any issues we may have. And they are done in a timely manner! 3 years in the Downtown location and many more to go!

Questionable climate control- 2 soap/detergent containers exploded in the unit over the summer and there was black mold in that bin. There was a dead cockroach in the unit when we went to empty it, and an ottoman was full of ants. Most of our stuff was in plastic bins, and we didn’t store foodstuffs. Second story unit at the location on 3rd in Baton Rouge. Otherwise experience was great. Super easy to set up rental same day online.
