I never thought I would be so grateful to a storage facility and its staff. These people are gold. Tanya is a treasure, she’s easy to communicate with, straightforward and thoughtful. Christine and Thomas are very very helpful and kind. Well managed, clean and safe. This place is a diamond in the rough of self storage!

I was unfairly billed told it was Cement Hill storage from 10/26/25 to 1/15/26 for $2311 dollars Stirage guys billed strangely $85 here $351 there $645 here odd saying I was getting a special - I replaced with the same space for $145 mo + $150 deposit $1020 for 6 months $1890 per year that’s 365 days I paid $2311 for 80 days in a special - that’s $28 a day and no special straight up invoicing is $5 to whom I was told by pulling up Cenent Hill storage and intercepted and lied too. Fraudulant business practice I’m very disappointed but happy I found the right place -

I would give 0 Stars if possible. I had this storage for 4-5 years and as soon as I left the state my storage just happened to get broken into which I find an awfully weird coincidence. I've heard this from other people as well & they do absolutely nothing about any of it. I think it's an inside job. It's them or they know the people.Regardless, you pay for insurance every single month to protect your stuff in case of fires, floods, or break ins like so. They do nothing for you if your stuff is stolen. Your jewelry is supposed to be in a locked box in your storage for them to consider reimbursement through insurance. The storage is the locked box!!! No I did not think to take my late mother's jewelry out of her jewelry box & into a locked box as I was losing my house & my entire life as I knew it. So paying for the insurance is a waste of your money, don't do it. They'll leave you screwed over. Doesn't matter how irreplaceable the items are. They also give you a great price to start then continue to raise the price to outrageous amounts. They charged me $214 for a 10x10 w/ insurance. The unit I have now is the same size for only $88 w/ a way safer lock & security for my unit. They don't raise the price continually either. I would definitely do your research on storage places before settling for here.
