Tiger Storage has been such a great experience. The facility is clean, easy to access, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. I especially want to mention LaShanta, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure I understood everything, and really went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. Great customer service like that makes all the difference. I’d definitely recommend Tiger Storage to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility.

Very easy to reserve online and LaShanta was wonderful, helping us set up our app and touring facilities. She has great energy, attitude, and patience.

LaShanta did such a great job of walking me thru the entire process. She walked me thru the entrance as well as getting into the storage unit. She went above and beyond by adding the ad for entrance to my phone. I have tried other storages and no one took the time like LaShanta to go step by step thur everything.
