Not only has his customer service and hospitality kept our business but the facility is absolutely top notch. Top Shelf is not like any other storage facility we have ever been to. Everything is clean and organized. We’ve been using Top Shelf for about a year and it’s been working perfectly for us. We’ve been recommending their services to all our friends. We have always used Top Shelf Storage for our storage unit needs. It's conveniently located, is always super clean, the manager Rick is awesome. We left our unit unlocked by mistake one day and received a text within an hour notifying us of this. Top quality place if you're in need of a storage unit company. Would recommend to anyone.

I’ve been renting here for over a year now & have no plans to vacate. Here is a list of the pros: Very clean. I’m a clean freak and this place passes with all A’s Lighting inside and outside is good. They even recommended a portable light fixture to use inside my unit (I borrowed there’s at the office) it worked so well I purchased two. Prices are reasonable. Management is awesome, helpful, kind true customer service. Access to my unit is seamless.. I feel safe entering anytime or day. If your looking for a storage rental this is the place.. don’t waste your time looking anywhere else.. they will take good care of you & your stuff!!
