TRI STAR STORAGE

First of all the customer service from Lauren was actually what sold me sure it’s a good price clean facility but it’s my first time renting the Storage building. She answered any question I may have had with ease and I’m not a smart man so she answered right at my level. Lauryn held my hand so to speak answered all of my silly questions. Made me feel comfortable and the only thing she really didn’t have to help me with was signing my name to the agreement i’ve been running the Storage face for about six months now Lauren is still the same way she was the first day I met her and every time I went to my Storage building all my stuff was still there LOL so TriStar has been a winner for me. My name is Frank Galloway. People who are reading these reviews call Lauren First if they have the space you’re looking for go ahead and sign a agreement with them it’s a No brainer

Lauren was absolutely incredible to work with as we searched for alternate storage solutions. She made the entire process easy, fast and stress-free. She took the time to understand what our organization does and went above and beyond to ensure we had a unit our logistical requirements. Thanks to Tri Star for being committed to our community!

Ms. Lauren is the manager here at this facility and is super helpful. She really helped me with renting a U-Haul! She was patient very knowledgeable with the process and answered every question I had. This facility is the way to go!
