Tropicana Mini Storage

My trust factor for this place and Uhaul in general is not high at all. I rented a trailer to be one way dropped off at this location. I dropped it off and it was never checked in right. Talked to multiple people about this including the guy I dropped it off with. All I kept getting is ill get it taken care. It never got taken care of. Somewhere between me picking it up and dropping it off the drop of location because my invoice says that tropicana mini storage is my drop off location but in Uhaul's system it said a different location. Now that they got the drop off location figured out, they check it in and I was charged a second day. Figure your system out!

l had to review this place immediately!. I rented a U-Haul yesterday and spoke with Dante and Danaya about potentially renting a unit. They were very thorough with explaining how viewing a unit would go and the options I had. I did not have time yesterday but when I returned the truck today, they were able to take of me, exceptionally. Drew was very detailed, kind and courteous. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the office as well. No way was I going to go anywhere else! Thank you and glad to be apart of the family!

Although the facility is great and our unit and the building it's in is spotlessly clean, that's not the most impressive thing about Tropicana Storage. It's the people. After my company obtained our unit, I stopped into the office to find out exactly where our unit was. I was greeted by Danaya -- maybe welcomed is a better word. The point is, having experienced other facilities, I can say that she was by far the most professional, efficient, and friendly office person (manager?) I've encountered. She couldn't possibly have been more helpful. I went back later to find that she was on break and was equally professionally greeted by another young woman whose name I never got, but still great. Then I met Dante Graham, the property manager. Once again, professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Tropicana Storage in Clearwater for anyone looking for a clean and extremely well run facility.
