Trunk Space Storage

It was great until the monthly-fee doubled. This facility is close, clean, secure, and well managed. We needed a solution for some extra long-term storage. Unfortunately, this will become cost prohibitive. I realize that everything is increasing in price, but being notified that your unit is doubling in price in 30 days is hard to deal with financially. Also, the price can (and will) continue to go up as you’re in a month to month contract. The first 3-4 months were great—but the surprise 50% increase in fees is requiring us to pull our stuff out of storage and find a more cost-efficient solution. Sad, because we really liked the convenience. Troy said he could keep us on our same rate for one extra month (maybe) but the increase was going to happen regardless…and could/would continue to go up. We would’ve been long-term storage renters at this location if I could’ve locked in even a year-long lease with a set price. But, I guess that reliable, on-time paying storage tenants are not what they’re looking for here :-(

Had a great experience with your manager - I was able to save money by moving into a smaller unit! The property is well maintained and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for safe and affordable storage. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I dropped by over the weekend to get some info regarding storage for some of my mom's stuff, and the gent that helped me (Mark) was so kind! He answered all my questions and helped me figure out what we might need for Mom! Prices were less than I'd expected, great customer service here.
