GM the asian guy, Alan Lam is very rude. He's a smart ass. Gives customers attitude. He tried to tell me that they charged me fuel bc the fuel was at 7/8 and i returned it at 3/4. Which was a lie, and i had took pictures of the fuel gaged and all the damages of the truck before i left the lot, he tried being a smart ass in front of his employees telling me that i agreed on the conditions on a link, when the only link he sent was to take a selfie and upload my drivers license. He told me he would reimburse me , but for me to learn next time.

If you rent a van from here make sure you get pictures of the gas meter before you drive anywhere. I would take it a step further to ask a worker to be your witness while taking the photo. After you drop it back off with refilled gas, take a photo of it at the same angle as the original photo for proof. I made a mistake not taking pictures because I trusted that paper the gave me was enough proof. I picked up the van with 3/4 full and dropped it off with 3/4 full and got charged for not returning it at the same level. Fortunately I was able to call customer service and get it resolved. But this is a scam to know people are busy moving and adding extra fees we have to look for. Shame on U-Haul.

To the man working at this location on 9/29/25 at around 11:45 am, you're a king. I didnt get his name but he was super nice and helped me out with absolutely no friction. Definitely made my day easier lol.
