They are like the good neighbor who lets you borrow things from time to time. The equipment is always kept in excellent shap, the check out/check in process is quick and efficient. They have never tried to "sell me up" or add things to my bill.

They were very helpful here we were running a little over a hour late so we called to confirm if we could pay for a extra hour and they said it would not be a problem keep in mind we had a 26' truck so I just wanted to give U-Haul a shout out for being so helpful on such a stressful day way to go you guys we so appreciate you all!!! Oh so always call to confirm your truck is available no matter where you go only because we drove to Marks Market way out of our way and made the reservation online and when we got there they did not have our size truck available!!!

Juan H. was incredibly helpful, and I can’t express enough gratitude for how stress-free he made this experience. I had already purchased everything online, including a hitch installation, but Juan noticed the hitch I selected was more expensive than necessary. With his expertise, he suggested a more cost-effective option that saved me some money. I initially had to pick up the trailer at a different location, but Juan kindly canceled my original reservation and arranged for me to pick up the trailer right where I needed it. I’m truly at a loss for words with all the help he provided—thank you, Juan, for making this move far less stressful. You are AWESOME!
