Caroline is an amazing asset to the company. She is honest, great attitude and customer service is above and beyond. She even stayed late to help some people get into the storage. Id definitely go back again.

I am 54 years and have rented Uhauls over 30 years AND this is by FAR the best customer service I have ever received during this time. My license was expired. No problem I was told what to do & reservation was changed. I was getting a trailer and had a lot of rust in the hitch area. I was helped with that. They were patient and caring. Made sure I was hooked up and on my way. Although I wasnt getting a truck, I watched trucks get pulled up to the door for customers. When I go to "other" locations they give you the key and send you out the door on a silly search. Oh, it could be first or second row. And when I have gotten a trailer they just point through the window. NOT actually make sure the lights are working OR that it's connected properly!

I had a fantastic experience at the U-Haul location in Larkinville thanks to the exceptional help from Isaiah and Tom. I arrived well ahead of my scheduled hitch installation appointment just to ask a few questions — and they went above and beyond. Not only were they friendly and professional, but they also took the time to check my vehicle and ensure everything was lined up properly for the hitch placement before the appointment. They didn’t have to, but they made sure I was all set and understood the process, which gave me total peace of mind. You can tell these guys care about doing a great job and treating customers well.
