U-Haul Moving & Storage at Lincoln Square Meriden

This is the worst experience I've ever had with u haul and will never use them again. I informed them I will be leaving state and they didn't put that in the paperwork was involved in a accident and was told I have to pay 1200 dollars to drop in another state. They are very rude unprofessional and wont even help you when needed I would not use this u haul store if I was you find another one or better off a different company if possible

First time renting and I have a great experience. Truck was in perfect condition and clean. The lady in the front desk really lovely. I recommend it.

The staff at this location are awesome. They go above and beyond to ensure your transaction is smooth and work together as a team to ensure your experience goes well. The manager there created a staff that all have the knowledge, patience, and willingness to get the work done and help. I highly recommend this location.
