These guys are great. Very friendly and helpful with questions. Just wish they explained the checking in and out process a little better. Kept setting my alarm off. Lol. But when I asked, they were very helpful and kind.

I went to the bristol u hual to rent a car hauler trailer i had it reserved and ready to go and they said it would work completely fine over the phone with truck configuration the truck i was gonna put on the trailer was a 1996 ram 1500 single cab short bed only weighs 5000 MAXIMUM and the truck i was gonna tow it with was a 2006 chevy 2500 HD that can tow double what that truck weighs and the worker at u hual was claiming my truck was not capable of towing and would not let me rent so i called the kingsport U hual and they let me rent the trailer and didn’t mention anything about me not being able to tow it and entered it into the same system highly do not recommend the u hual of bristol the workers are very lazy and do not wanna help customers and i wasted half my day and another $50 in gas to go to kingsport i will continue to go to kingsport because they aren’t lazy and customer service is amazing there

I had an issue with my reservation and Gyles took good care of me. I appreciate him figuring out what went wrong and fixing it so that I did not have any disruption to my reservation. Thank you, Gyles!
