Norm and his staff are always so attentive and nice! They go above and beyond for the customer service factor! I work for Special Olympics NY and we use Uhauls all over the state. They are the BEST I have ever worked with.

I rented the motorcycle trailer. It was reasonably priced. It was easy to use, low to the ground, attached ramp for easy loading my bike onto the trailer.

Made a reservation for closer to home, got called and told that place had absolutely no trucks available. Had to drive and extra 15-20 miles more both ways. The tire monitor light was on and the driver window sounded like it was going to fall in. The guy norm was great when I dropped it off
