U-Haul Moving & Storage of Hamilton

Rented a 10ft Box Truck, Did not receive my Dolly, and the Truck had a dying battery returned after 4 hours, next day I see they charged me $200+ extra for a Dolly claiming it was stolen, more gas then it had, and extra Millage. Tried to call the location today several times, no one from the location answered from my attempt or customer services attempt. Lied to get more money, Not happy at this time even after the truck died several times in that period.

Not the best experience today. The cab of the truck was filthy. We're talking vomit behind the seat and visible dirt on the seats. The passenger side mirror would not adjust so it was unsafe. The man that checked me in didn't do anything to accommodate my hearing loss after I told him and then was annoyed because I couldn't understand him.

Absolute disaster, still waiting to get my car back 4 hours after being quoted 1 hour for the job. They gave me my car back with the wires from my hitch installation dragging the ground, good thing I checked or they would have damaged my vehicle. And they left the hardware out of some of the trim pieces so now I'm dealing with that. If you can find a teenager to do your hitch install for $50 they will probably do a better job than these people
