The manager of the store was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. He went above & beyond to help my daughter and I to get what we needed at a reasonable rate, while we were coordinating going from one state to another for family members. We very much appreciate the managers’ hospitality and willingness to work with us while thoughtfully considering our budget and time frame. I certainly do highly recommend them and will be doing business with he and his team again (Pembroke location in Hoffman Estates, IL.). Engaging us with much kind, thoughtful consideration, and job knowledge, along with professionalism and positivity….these stellar attributes go a very long way to forging a longstanding, sustainable consumer relationship, with word of mouth advertising being given in return for giving us a fantastic customer service experience; a win/win all around! Leslie was great and provided a seamless, simple checkout process. The check-in process did not go as well. When I picked up the truck, the gas tank was a little over half full. When I returned the truck, the gas tank was refilled to that exact point. The young man said the gas tank was not adequately filled to the point where it was was when I picked up the truck and was going to charge me $6.00. I refused to pay this. After I asked him to look at the gas tank needle again, he relented. I thought he was being nitpicky and unreasonable. To the owner/manager: train your personnel to avoid uncomfortable situations with customers by being more customer oriented. A happy customer is a repeat customer.
