U-Haul Moving & Storage of Johnson City

My recent rental experience was super and care-free! From the time I first entered the office to returning the van, Mia was the ideal representative for U-Haul; courteous, knowledgeable, thoughtful and personable. I will definitely recommend U-Haul Moving & Storage of Johnson City to anyone requiring moving or storage services!

Well it would of been 5 stars for customer service from the excellent help from the gentleman who waited on me Friday night at 5pm but my interaction with the man that we seen today I have to give 1 if u could go lower I would. The employee whom later I found out was the manager who dipped out early Friday came over to the storage unit we were cleaning out that we purchased on storage auction. He stands and dirty looks is asking are you going through someone’s stuff I started Yaaaaaaa we are cleaning it out we won it on the auction! He replied and you paid for it you have the key in a cocky attitude. I said YUP we got it last night yiu literally have the deposit money!! Well I was never told!! Well jeee boss maybe if you didn’t dip out early or did you job right you would know what’s going on! But thank you for treating us like we are scumbags breaking into a locker it was very disrespectful of you l!!

Actually, there was a mess in the trailer but because the previous user returned it just as I was picking it up. U-Haul personnel didn't have time to clean it, although they did offer. The mess was minor and did not affect my cargo. I intend to sell my trailer and use the Johnson City, NY U-Haul for my future needs from now on, these people and the service they provide is excellent!
