Richard was extremely helpful! Reasonable prices on rentals for hauling cargo or loving out, and very good deals on renting storage space (it's 24/7 access after you sign up during business hours)! The boxes they sell are better than Walmart's too (and cheaper), much better for moving out.

Parking lot was not shoveled, had to park in a slippery slushy spot and walk through snow to get to the small spot shoveled off by the door. Barely got eye contact from anyone working, except the man who explained where the propane was. The area where propane is was not shoveled either, and no area to pull through or turn around. The employee who filled the tanks did not offer to help put them back in the car, so I slushed through with full tanks, sliding around with them. I was not offered a receipt, nor given one. It’s been several days since the snow hit, at least one of the three men inside the building could have been making the parking lot safer for staff and customers. Two of them were on their phones.

The dudes who work here were extremely unhelpful . I rented a truck and went inside to check in. After a few questions, they said I’m good to go. I walked outside the dude looked at me and said what ? I said I’m waiting for my truck. He just gave me a blank stare. After like 10 minutes, he said what are you waiting for? Your truck is right there. I said OK where are the keys? He said it’s running. Like OK? Thank you for the bad communication. Do you see me here waiting? Do you guys give me zero instructions? I said where are the keys? He said it is running duh literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I told him you should really use your words. He laughed like a joker in my face. I will never use this company again. I don’t talk to teenage boys who have zero respect.
