This should be a 0/5. I made an appointment online 2 days ago to have a hitch installed. I received a confirmation email. The Fort Wayne location was booked into the next week but this location had plenty of time slots open. I left work early enough to make the hour drive and I got there at 5:45. My apppintment was 6:00. The guy behind the counter said that I "should've never been allowed to make that appointment" and that their hitch install guys left already, as apparently they only install hitches between 1pm and 4p, or something like that. I'm pretty furious I drove two hours round trip for nothing. I filled out my contact information when setting the appointment. I asked why no one contacted me beforehand to tell me my time won't work and the employee said "that's really a morning shift thing" and that he doesn't really check the hitch install schedule at all. Cool. It took him about 2 seconds to pull that up. I really don't appreciate having my time wasted. He didn't suggest any way to make it right. U-Haul dropped the ball on this one.

gave me a truck with a nail in the Trie took 5 hours to get it fixed than it got a Trie that was from 2007 and was wrong size as well than exploded a 8.1 miles later had to wait to the next Moring to get fixed
