U-Haul Moving & Storage of Lynwood

I would highly recommend not renting here. This place is beyond unsafe. Long story short I rented a U-Haul that had an apple air tag on the vehicle placed not by the U-Haul company but by a group of organize crime members planning to steal. We had took the U-Haul to pickup merchandise and on our way back I was notified there was an air tag near me. Upon further investigation I can’t upload the video but the air tag was in this slot I uploaded a picture of. It had tracked me since I picked up the vehicle to going back home. It all came to a crazy turn when I told my father who came with me that we couldn’t go back home for safety reasons because whoever placed it would know where we lived. So we parked in a random spot behind a church near Dominguez high school. And upon us inspecting the vehicle the people who placed the air tag two mini vans came behind us were ready to get off the vehicle but when they noticed us two still there they quickly got in their cars and drove off. DONT EVER RENT HERE

10/04/2025 at 10am I had a terrible experience at this U-Haul location. When I asked for help finding the truck I rented, the staff member (Vincent) was extremely unprofessional. Instead of assisting me, he told me his only job was to complete the paperwork and hand me the keys. When I explained that the truck wasn’t where they said it would be and asked how I was supposed to find it, his response was simply “ok.” He then continued to ignore me and focus on another customer. When I asked, “ok what?” he replied, “ok, I’m with another person right now.” I told him that was a poor response, he could have at least said, “I’ll be with you after I finish helping them,” but instead he chose to brush me off. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve respect and basic assistance, not to be ignored and dismissed. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Purchased a uhaul and a dolly, dolly was damaged when given. Didn't realize it, returned uhaul and dolly. They tryed to charge for the damaged dolly. Was disputed got the correct receipt. But ended up later still being charged 90$ for the broken dolly. and now im getting the run around.
