U-Haul Moving & Storage of Park Hills

This location is excellent no complaints. This is probably my 5th storage unit rental in 10yrs at this location haven't gone to any other storage facility but this location. Place is very clean, never too hot & never too cold very comfortable experience here. Staff is professional & friendly. Never had a complaint. Only time I dislike it here is when I've fallen behind on storage rent inability to access belongings. Other than that 👌

Great experience all around, I'd recommend. After finding myself temporarily displaced around the new year, I was in desperate need of self-storage for my belongings. I went for this storage facility because it was the only one open/available and was pleasantly surprised by the facility, intuitive process, and friendly staff on each visit. Access hours of 5 AM to 10 PM are reasonable, indoor parking for loading/unloading made weather a non-issue, and having a second floor unit was no problem with the moving carts and elevator (including freight if needed). Thanks for providing this service!

The storage unit building was perfect: indoors, climate controlled, docks height specific to truck or car, 2 areas to pull truck/car indoors to load up, carts available to use and restroom available. I would definitely rent here again. Angel Knott is a wonderful manager of the facility.
