Carlos and Andrew were absolutely exceptional. They made the entire process so easy from start to finish. They were patient, professional, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. I truly appreciated how they walked me through everything, explained what I needed to know, and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore, and they both went above and beyond. Thank you, Carlos and Andrew, for making a stressful situation so much easier. You two are outstanding!

I was charged $134 for 4 hours!!! Seriously!? I had a 4:00 pm reservation and arrived on time but ended up leaving with the rented van around 4:30 because there was only one person (manager) taking care of customers. To try to speed up the process I began to do the check-in online but ultimately had some issues which the manager was made aware of and completed my check-in on his end. I say this because when I arrived to return the van during after hours the manager was still on site. I approached him several times after continuing to have problems through the online drop off process. The manager was unhelpful as we told us it was after hours and for me to keep trying online. The manager was on his computer watching me struggle from inside as I stood outside trying to get through to customer service unsuccessfully. Eventually I left the keys in the key drop off and left because getting through to anyone was becoming impossible. The next day I received the bill for almost double what I actually had to pay because of a late fee and a drop off convenience fee, all of which could’ve been avoided had the manager simply taken two minutes of his time from the computer he was standing in front of and simply checked me out. I will NEVER be returning to this place and strongly suggest anyone else do so. They charge you for everything they can. Completely unacceptable. 0 Stars

Was a great experience Carlos was extremely helpful and friendly, also knowledgeable. There is only one thing I can say as far as improvement and thats just to have agen5s like him at every location!
