they do not actually fill propane tanks 7 days a week as advertised. they said it was too cold to fill. so actually they lied in their advertising in filling propane tanks 7 days a week because it is SATURDAY which is a DAYof the WEEK and my propane tank is EMPTY. employee called someone to come help and we waited around for twenty minutes for someone to come exchange the tank instead and no one ever showed up so we left

The staff at both pick up and drop off locations were excellent! The 4’ x 8’ trailer was perfect size and easy to tow. The trailer was dirty (salty / dirt on the outside) and 2 places where the fender / running boards were bent / twisted. I returned the trailer clean and also bent / fixed the 2 areas of damage when we picked up the trailer. Otherwise, great experience👍

Moving sucks. But this Uhaul ROCKS! The crew here really is top notch. I’ve used this location before and always had great service. The ONE time there was a MINOR issue with the reservation, Fawn stepped up and exceeded my expectations to make things right. Absolutely fantastic customer service here from the counter staff to the folks out back hooking equipment, and managers. Thank you!
