MICE INFESTATION!! This place deserves no stars because it's HORRIBLE. NOTE: I had to put at least one star to post. All my personal belongings were covered in mice poop and oily mouse stains. I contacted the local manager, and she literally asked, "What do you want me to do about it?" I was floored! I requested her manager, who was also the district manager. The DM was very pleasant and understanding and said they were filing a claim on my behalf. When I never received an email, I followed up and then eventually ghosted. Because of all the mouse droppings and stains, I have to wear masks and gloves to sanitize my belongings. I also want to add that during my cleaning, there was a dead mouse trapped in one of my items...and I touched it...ugh! UHAUL should have at least refunded a month of rent back to me for the inconvenience. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS NOR THEIR BELONGINGS...but they will clearly take your hard-earned money! Current renters, check on your items and MOVE THEM to a different facility. ALSO: They have mouse traps everywhere!

Jordan was very professional and polite he took his time helping me the best he could and did everything within his power to make what was a terrible experience better he resolved what he was able to he was patient he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions thank you Jordan great customer service
