I had one of the best experiences here. From the staff at the front desk to the gentleman Gabriel who did the work on my car. I came in for a hitch to be put on and I asked if Gabriel could help me put my bike rack on. I didnt expect anything or I expected an additional charge for the labor but he put on the bike rack at no cost. I was so so happy when I saw the bike rack on and he made sure to let me know about the additional parts in a baggie in my trunk. He was very helpful and very polite. Honestly, everyone was polite. A lady Cindy at the desk who checked me out, and then another brunette lady who checked me in earlier that morning (sorry I didnt see your name tag). But thank you everyone who worked 1/9/26 -- very pleasant experience all around. I will be back if I need any wiring or additional items. Thanks!

I have been renting truck and trailers at this location for the last 10 years. You can always expect great service from counter staff to yard staff. Very well run and managed location, the new young gentleman helping in the yard is amazing, helpful, professional, fast and efficient. The new team members are always great and well trained to take care of customers. Keep up the good work guys !!

This place is great! Cindy was so sweet, professional, and helpful. Mike and Stewie were awesome too. They make rental easy. This location has such a beautiful view. They have a clean restroom and lots of boxes, blankets and more. If you need a rental truck ten out of ten totally recommend. Thank you for amazing service 😊
