Nothing but good things to say about the customer service at this location. We just finished the process of unloading our U Box here and all the employees were very helpful and friendly. I had an outstanding experience with Santana at the Cicero U-Haul location. From the moment I arrived, she took care of everything with incredible professionalism and a smile. What truly impressed me was watching her unhook the trailer all by herself and then maneuver it into place using pure muscle power. You could really see the strength and skill she’s gained over her two years at this location. Santana’s dedication and sheer awesomeness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I can’t recommend her enough—five stars all the way!

Truck driver, delivering u boxes. Tried to call, for a little info. Put me on hold, so fast that I couldn't understand what was said. Waited 15 minutes. Called back, same thing. Guess I'll just show up. Very unimpressed.
