Terrible customer service. As I was in the middle of the process of renting a truck a man walked in to pick up his truck and the attendant left me mid sentence to help this man out who. There were no furniture dollys to rent and I needed two. The photo below shows the placement of the truck and the lack of space I had to climb into the truck. I had to go back to ask the attendant to unlock the other door so I could go in through the other side. Over all, unpleasant experience. No email or receipt that I returned the truck, used less miles than anticipated and didn't get a refund either.

Took a picture of the fuel which contradicts the paper. Put in gas and still got charged for not filling to the initial level. Gonna call corporate.

Fix your reservation system. When I reserve through the app i write my credit card details then take a picture of my DL and everything that is ask on the app. I take the time to do it. Only to get to the location and do it ALL AGAIN. Pointless. Waste of time for me and your personnel too. Probably this comment will be pointless as well. Just wasting my time again.
