U-Haul Storage of Bristol

These guys are great. While towing my Harley the brake lights and turn signals went out. This could have been disastrous because we had a very long trip ahead. They were able to diagnose and correct the problem quickly and efficiently. They have my highest recommendation for excellent service.

I bought a new Jeep Grandcherokee and was needing a tow hitch added to it. I booked the appointment online and dropped it off the next morning and told the two men working at the front that I would be in the area and borrowing my aunts vehicle while they installed the tow hitch and that she would be off work at 4:30 and need her vehicle back I picked her up and about 4:40 the one guy called and told me it was finished. It looks great and seems to be working great and the two men working was very polite and helpful! I would recommend this place.

Went to pick up a U-Hal and had already called and gave my information. Well when I got there all my information was wrong. Kenneth helped me. And he sure acted like he had all day to give me my U-Haul. I waited a long time. And had many people behind me. It shouldn’t take me over 20 minutes to get my truck. Was told a price of 39.99. Well it ended up being over a hundred! I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service I got. Don’t think I’ll probably go back.
