Helpful staff 24 hour access Nice simple climate controlled unit Floor are clean photo taken after I had moved out some dust on the floor from my stuff

Not secure!!! The alarm system to my unit was tampered with (I have proof) that left my unit not secured which allowed someone access to my belongings several of my items and my daughter items were stolen. The only person outside of my family knew what I had stored in my unit was the maintenance person and with inside help they were able to steel from my storage unit. Them tampering with my alarm from their computer is the only way this was able to happen. I was not notified. (There is proof) my furniture was walked on with shoes and part of my dresser was broken as well as ton of the legs. My mistake was letting them see what was in my unit. DONT TRUST MANAGEMENT FOR THIS FACILITY. This must be an ongoing thing because Serena Barth is cocky, rude and disrespectful. “Scott”, her boss follow her lead.

Very clean and secured facility. Temperature controlled. Serena is excellent when she handled my situation and needed a bigger unit immediately. I would highly recommend location and Uhaul on River Road in Elyria and Serena for all your moving and/or storage needs.
