U-Stor-It Self Storage - Streamwood

In general our experience was ok. Seemed anytime we needed to talk to someone we either didn’t find anyone in the office and phone went to voicemail. Thankfully when our unit was robbed there was someone there who was fantastic (thank you Jasmine). Word of caution if you choose this storage place…be sure not to store things too close to the high slats between units. Someone can reach from the adjoining unit and pull things through the slats.

Katie was absolutely fantastic. Gave me a great tour, broke down all the details for me... we had awesome small talk while we waited for the computer to cooperate. Great experience.
