Great place. Great prices. On grounds, live in security is awesome and a big plus. Plus there are facilities on all sides of Indy and statewide. The only reason I don't have more individual units is because somewhere in my wedding vows it says I can't. I can't find the vows and she won't show me so I only have one storage unit.

This was my first experience with a storage facility and here is why I am giving them such a bad rating. I went in on a Thursday to purchase a unit. I liked them because all units were armed, you required a key code to get in, and I was under the impression that someone was supposed to be on property at all times. The only way they know an alarm is going off is from them hearing it on property. It doesn’t send them a signal or anything. The following Sunday I moved all of my items and go to get into the property. My code didn’t work. Of course they were closed. No emergency number, no one on property. I had a trailer full of items and NOWHERE to put them. I walked back to my unit and my lock was on there but another had been put on there too. I was left with no alternatives than to put all of my stuff back and try again another day. I called Monday to express my concern and guess what they did? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. I was told they accidentally put me as moving OUT instead of MOVING IN on my contract? No apology, no compensation or discounted rate, nothing. Once they got me squared away I could finally move into my unit the next day. They had to call and ask for my payment again because someone deleted my card info. Needless to say they were disorganized. I would be careful with them. If you are moving in make sure they are open. There is NO way to get ahold of them after hours if there is an issue.
