I had to seal the walls and floors because there were gaps between the walls to the next wall side and these gaps were where roaches would start to come in. I put masking tape on all of those holes to not have roaches come in and get into any of my things. I also came by there on at least 2 occasions and there were repeated gunshots, so if you come around there, you will need to be watchful of your person, things, and surroundings. Also, they don't allow anyone to use the dumpster (which to me was kind of weird because how do you have a storage facility and people are moving things around and out and they'll have no place to put trash). Otherwise, outside of these issues, it was pretty good.

From my first couple calls inquiring about available units to signing my lease and paying for the unit on a card and with cash both; Demi and CJ were so very helpful to me! They showed me the unit prior to renting, answered all my questions- and then some, and were just very helpful and polite! I would’ve went to a different neighborhood but they showed me how the units are all alarmed and safe with them being on-site too!! Thanks you two so much! You relaxed this old lady’s worries for sure!! ❤️

A renter next to my unit came through the wall and stole from 2 of my units that were next to each other. A police report was done by a policeman that came onsite. I feel that very little was done to secure the property, and thus I lost even more when the thief returned to his unit. No consideration was given as to any type of discount for all our loss, or extra time to make payment on the units.
