U-STOR Self Storage La Cholla

I rented a storage room for 4 1/2 years. Carole and her husband are amazing!! They're so pleasant and professional! The facility is secure & clean. One day I forgot to close the lock. They found it in the same day on their security rounds and called to let me know. It's a great facility and I highly recommend it! I would rent from them again in a heartbeat! Kudos for the great customer service!

Carole in the office is the most wonderful, sweet, kind, helpful lady and it has been am incident free, positive experience since I first got a unit, maybe 8-ish years ago. They also do not do the sheisty raising the rent every 3 or 4 months, a ridiculous, scandalous amount like Extra Space Storage does , nor have i had anything stolen like I have with Extra Space. They are treacherous. But U-Store is simple, affordable, and been great. My only disappointment is they don't hand larger units so I can avoid all the sheisty storage planes that won't be honest and transparent about what rental increases because they know that you wouldn't rent there if they told the truth. You will get the truth with U-Store and they only raise the price about one a year and its a very reasonable amount. Thank you Carol and hubby for all you've done to m make things easy and pleasant for us. You're the best!!!!
