The process to getting situated through the office was a bit complicated. However the lady Kathryn at the office was helpful. She provided assistance when needed and kept a decent disposition about the issues that may have arose at hand. She provided the right size storage unit to us and the right lock the first time. We were also able to use the restroom and take our time placing our items in storage and given the best routes for being sure we don’t get scammed out of any of our money and time with proper documentation and digital credit back to our family. Great company!! She tried to interact with my children and was very concerned with her teeth and advised us to never get dentures 😂😂😂.

We have owned a storage unit in this facility for a few years now. Kathleen the manager has always been extremely helpful, and provided excellent customer service. She's always super friendly when we run into her when we have to go to our unit for anything. You can tell she takes pride in her job, because the property is always very clean and well kept up.

Melissa is awesome!!! Always willing to give the information you need!!! Having our stuff stored here has made us feel like our stuff is safe and secure.....especially with Melissa there!!!!!
