Sherry was wonderful. She gave me great advice on my two storages, she also helped with a few issues I had initially. She was s angel in disguise. Plus I like that it's always clean !!

Just found out in August if they added a five dollar surcharge to my monthly storage facility. They did it again in September. I have been paying $89 a month for the storage unit for an entire year. Yes, five dollars doesn’t seem like a lot of money, but when you’re not informed or told that they’re gonna raise the prices and then you just see a charge on your account it’s a little aggravating.. I’ve called this facility twice and asked to speak to somebody about this issue and over the past month. I’ve got nothing but crickets or no call back from this facility or its staff. Also be very hesitant of this location. It’s not in the greatest location in St. Louis, my storage facility was robbed last year and they stole about $4000 worth of items out of my unit.. I don’t know if it was an inside job from one of the staff, but there were only a specific amount of units that were targeted, and mine just happened to be one of those. I will be moving my stuff out of this facility after the year, I just don’t trust the location and I’m just tired of dealing with a staff that doesn’t make it important to get back to it customers.
