SCAMMM SCAMMM SCAMMMM do not book with them lady in office seem sweet but she just as in on it because when I called back she acted so clueless The situation around $70 than went to $150 for deposit. I was late picking up around 10:30 the lady informed to let me know if I needed more time. I called back around 3 pm Friday asking how much would the rate be if I dropped it off in the morning she placed me on hold and informed no charge. I dropped the truck off in the morning at 9 the floor representative called at 10:30 informing I left the lock on I called immediately back. He informed he 2 hours later he got the lock off than that my fuel was low which was not the case because I filled my tank completely up. I was charged 235 which is why I blocked budget rental from taking out because if I already paid $150 why am I being charged an extra 235. To than receive a budget payment being taken from a whole different account I never even processed. That’s a scam the representative tried to get me on gas but couldn’t than on the lock which he couldn’t because I called immediately back. Than to now he charged me until 1 oclock the only thing he could illegally do when I turned it in at 9 am

The woman in the front was very rude and judgemental.I was in a bad situation where I was forced to leave the place my spouse and I were staying at very short notice. We needed to store our stuff for a couple weeks until our apartment was ready for move in. We have two puppies and a very small amount of stuff. We uber'd to this location. As we were unloading our Ubers the lady came outside, while I already felt her staring at us from inside. She came out side and asked with a very rude tone " umm can I help you?" I told her we were going to get a unit once we finished getting our stuff out the Uber. I felt her still just standing there watching us. So I asked if that would be an issue? She says " well it depends on what you need it for" ........... What else would I need a STORAGE unit for, but to STORE things. But I told her I need a unit for a few weeks, again would that be an issue.? She then said " so what you gonna do? Walk your stuff back there?" If that's what I have to do! I obviously can't fly it back there and Uber drivers have things to do so I wasn't gonna make them sit and wait on us to do all this. She did not answer and proceeded to just walk inside. Why are you coming out questioning me when you see me trying to hold two young puppies who are antsy and unpack a car.Once we finished and my spouse went inside to do the transaction. I waited outside with the puppies. I cleaned up after them if I needed to. She told my spouse we were getting on her nerves and she also purposely and spitefully gave us a unit all the way in the back and I seen with my own two eyes closer available units. Also, why was I given a gate code and gate hours if they gate doesn't work. You have to call and have them come manually open the gate and they would either take long to answer the phone or I have to call 2-3 times. She also watches us pull up to the gate in a huge Penske van, looked me in the eye, and walked inside and made us call and again had an attitude. I'm ok with giving one star for the simple fact that this place was close when I needed it but don't act a certain way because 98% of the world has gone through rough patches you don't know what someone situation is when coming in.

Been with them for 3 years now... excellent customer service, she always works with me even when I'm super late in payments. My stuff is safe while I'm abroad, and when I am in the US my storage is untouched and intact, never had any issues with them.
