UNITS Moving and Portable Storage - East Bay

Delivery was on time, professionally done, on a narrow driveway. The driver was courteous and made sure the unit was flat on our driveway. SO much better than the last company we tried! Pick up was handled professionally, by the same person who delivered our Unit. The only thing is that it was difficult to open the door of the unit - you had to be really strong! You might consider making that easier. We do not know about the cost yet - haven’t heard. I do know that the delivery very was free! Next time we need storage, we’ll use you again.

So far so good, booking the unit was very easy and the delivery went very smoothly by a very nice and helpful delivery professional. So far so good, As the unit just arrived today. UPDATE 11/12/2025 we just completed our period of using the UNITS pod and it was overall a great experience. Pickup and delivery were easy and convenient. Company is great about communicating scheduling and updating customer via text on arrival for delivery and pickup. If I have a need again for a storage pod, I will definitely work with UNITS again in the future!

We received our UNIT today. Raul wa placed it exactly where I asked and had to make a couple of small tweaks. He cared about our property and safety was his first priority! I also appreciated the conversations I had with Tony when setting up our order. Both Tony and Raul took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. They were friendly and professional!
