I never use this service before,but we were moving with no time during the day.We saw the units advertised in instagram,we call end boom (I wasn't convinced to use this method, but my husband needed)we call ti different moving companies, but at soon I spoke with Melissa from Units,that was it ,the customer service, it's been ,for me, awesome.
