5/5 stars Urban Self Storage in Doral is hands down the best storage spot I’ve used! The place is spotless. I’ve never seen a storage facility this clean. No dust, no bugs at all. The staff is super friendly and helpful every time I go in, and they make the whole process feel easy and stress free. Easy in and out!

Emil offers the best customer service I’ve ever received. He’s very responsive to any issues or concerns & makes things work any way he can. He’s friendly & goes out of his to make people feel welcomed & supported. The property is located in a very safe business district in Doral, near hotels & close to City Place for food & adventure. There’s plenty of parking. It’s never crowded & I love the fingerprint option for entry. I’ll never store my belongings any where else.
