Urban Storage - Capitol Hill

Had a unit here for 5+ years. A few things you should know: -Elevator is often broken: lights don't work, you'll fight with other tenants over the direction of travel. Getting to the right floor is a small miracle. When it's out of service you'll be waiting for someone to take you up in the freight elevator. -You have to open two roll up doors to get to the loading dock. One time the exterior door broke once and my car was trapped for two days. -At one point management cut the lock off my unit by mistake, they reassured me that nothing was taken from the unit. -The electronic keypads on the doors sometimes get weird and any 8 digit number will open the door. I will say that for the most part this place worked OK, they took my money and my junk was mostly undisturbed. When I moved out though, I over payed and was denied a refund. There are other options in the area.

Heather was holding the place down all by herself and helped us with everything we needed. Very friendly & chill experience. It's obvious she cares about her clients and really knows what she's doing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Urban Storage! Chuck, the assistant manager, was exceptionally thorough and professional—he made the entire rental and check-in process smooth and easy every time. It’s refreshing to see such friendly and attentive service. Highly recommend this location!
