Extra Space Storage

Rented with Extra Space for 4 years. Would have kept renting here but I am moving out of state. Safe, clean, and well maintained facility. Reasonable rates as well. The staff is really nice especially a shout out to Alyx. She is very sweet and super helpful with our move out and all my questions.

I will start off with the good. Nice and clean facility with clean bathrooms and some carts available to help you move your heavy items. Inside, the place looks very industrial, like in an almost dystopian way. Everything is this bright white and super clean. Nice location sandwiched between Whole Foods and Homegoods. Ok so now the bad about this place. Like most storage spots, expect for the rent to rise. However, I suggest that you stay way from this place. They get you in the door with a promo offer and then when the promo expires, they jack the rent up to an insane rate. We went from 125.00 a month to 181.00 for the same little space. I stated looking for a new storage company as soon as I received the notification and found a great spot, with a larger space, for a fraction of the cost in Shoreline. Unless you can afford the price hike, stay away from this place.

I’ve been renting space at Extra Space Storage since it was owned by someone else, and I am very impressed with the service and the extended access hours. Today I moved from a larger unit to a smaller one, and Alex was very helpful. I’m very happy with my choice to store my things here .
