I had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Ken. He greeted me warmly, handled everything professionally, and even stayed fifteen minutes past closing on his own time to help us move our equipment. No rush, no frustration—just pure patience and good vibes. Absolutely top-notch service. Ken definitely deserves a raise for that level of commitment.

Ok I am re-editing this to give a shout out to the great customer support by Ken. Ken goes above and beyond to make sure that this location is safe, secure, and clean, he really does a great job. Also changing to a 5 star because of the great customer service support from Ryan the manager before when I first moved in. I did have major issues accessing the property yesterday but I feel that Ryan stepped up and made things right with me and now I feel like I was a bit harsh. That is what excellent customer service can do, just completely flip the situation from 1 star to 5 stars. Great job Ryan. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
