I have rented multiple units here. Jess has always been very helpful and professional. The rates have always been competitive. The area feels clean and safe. The access hours are great and the app to open and gate is really convenient.

Be careful with these guys, or at least know what to expect if you store your belongings here. I moved into a unit in July at a nice introductory rate. I expected that my rate would increase after 3 months, but instead of increasing to the contracted price, they increased the rent nearly 100%! When I called and asked why I was over charged, they claimed to have mailed out a notice of the increase, but one was never received. In addition, all other communications are through email, but an email notifying me that the rate would increase was not received. I was told that my message would be sent to the property manager. He did call me back, but all he could do it send a "rental negotiation form" to his corporate office. This business practice of theirs is being conducted at their corporate office, not at the local level. The company will reply to this review with a pre-written response and tell you that rate increases are necessary, and I don't disagree at all. I have read other reviews where they have done this exact same thing to their customers. It would appear that this is their business model... Bring you in with a low introductory rate that will increase to a very reasonable rate, but instead of ever seeing that reasonable rate, they increase the rent nearly 100%, well above market value. One could consider this fraud, a "bait and switch." If they are doing this on a wide spread basis, they should be careful, you can't get away with this for long. So US Storage Centers, feel free to drop your canned response below, customers are smart enough to know that your ridiculous response is just that, ridiculous.

The staff was friendly & helpful. Their units are clean & in a good location. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to the price increase.
