The place itself its great to storage, however You need to be careful to not leave after 9 pm or else Daisy will charge you a $50 fine for each time you leave after 9 pm and to top it off even if after ypu pay, you will also get your access hours reduce to office hours until you can actually prove Daisy, that you really want your regular access hours back or else you will only be able to go to your unit only if she is at work. Oh and if you get your access hours reduce to Daisy's office hours you have to make sure you leave by or b4 6 pm or el she will go lock for you and "tresspass" you for not leaving before her. Not only that but she will go to scream to you a bunch of nonsense things that shouldn't even matter to her and also tell you a bunch of lyes regarding you and the unit you lease with US STORAGE. Sadly even if you actually try to proff her that it was a mistake that you left late to begin with, she will send ypu a email terminating your lease because you couldnt follow her rules and/or if you dont stay quiet or make her feel like she is right when she is screaming at you and she will make sure to let you know you have to pay her storage fees or you will be taken to court. And dont even think about calling district managers because there is a huge chance you will not get a single call back from them. I've been waiting for over a month now and during that month I keep calling and calling and all I get its a "you should receive a call back within 2 business days" but your phone will not rign showing a call from them. Weirdly Daisy will know when they were suppose to call you but lie again telling you that you were the one who didnt answer the phone call from them. I dont think Daisy its a bad person because she is not. She has a great personal service and she is so helpful. As long as she doesn't pick on you for doing something she doesnt like, anyone should be fine. And that was just a short part of the story with Daisy from US Storage that began back in November 2025 and its currently going on. Hopefully kow I can get the attention from a real Distric Manager Update 1/23/26 I send them the email as the person on the response requested and I am still waiting for the call.

Daisy helped me find the perfect storage size to place my belongings with many sizes available. Made process fast and easy. Highly recommend it, plenty of parking and clean.

Daisy was fantastic and we were able to find a unit right away for storage. Facility is up to date and very clean!
