Not all storage facilities offer the same level of service, and I had a particularly noteworthy experience at US Storage in Chino, California, where Rae, the on-duty manager, provided exceptional assistance. My situation was unique; I was in search of a stolen item rather than simply looking for a place to store my belongings. During my stay at the nearby Marriott Courtyard, my backpack—containing two laptops and my sole car key for my vehicle at Orlando Airport—was stolen by a passerby who scaled the fence of the back patio area where I had briefly set it down. Upon reporting the incident, the hotel staff informed me that US Storage had an impressive surveillance system. I visited the facility and met Rae, who promptly accessed footage from multiple cameras. Within seconds, she was able to identify the suspect clearly. Thanks to Rae's quick actions and the facility's stellar security measures, I was able to track down the individual responsible for the theft and by video recording her images I showed him the error of his ways. With some negotiation, I successfully recovered all my belongings. I am extremely grateful for Rae's outstanding support and the excellent security system at US Storage. A friend of mine had storage here for over a year. I came to help close out the account and grab the rest of their belongings. The establishment is like no other storage unit I’ve seen. Very clean and modern. Kevin at the front was an exceptional help during the process. I heard great things about staff members like Rae and Michael. But Kevin, speaks multiple languages, has a good head on his shoulders, and takes initiative. If I ever need storage, I’ll come here.

Customer service is good this review is strictly about their pricing policy. This storage facility is not ideal for long-term use. They raise prices every three months, and in my case the increase was about 50%. I stayed almost a year, and to avoid paying nearly $500 for a 10×10 unit, you basically have to switch units before the third month. There are many storage facilities that lock in a rate for at least a year, which I think is more reasonable. The only real benefit here is the Bluetooth lock. If this location offered 24-hour access, I could better understand the frequent rate increases but without that, it’s hard to justify.
