Recently I ran into a small issue and the young lady in the office, Keira, assisted me promptly and ensured that everything was taken care of with the attentiveness as if I was her only priority. Not only was she able to resolve my issue quickly, she did it with amazing customer service! She has made me feel comfortable, safe and secure in my choice to use this storage facility. Signed up for a 1/2 off for the 1st 3 months & had to fight with them back & forth to get reimbursed. Then after 3 months it was supposed to be $229 a month & instead it went up $200 to $429. I had already had a other storage when I got the 2nd one that was 1/2 off also& they jumped the price $over $200 on that one also. My debit card was kept on file even though I didn't approve automatic payments & was manually ran $977 without my permission after I had already moved my stuff out. Office blamed it on corporate & then corporate said the manager was the only one that could fix it. He told me it was corporate That had to fix it. Either way it was a lot of back and forth with no result. I originally reserved a 10x10 unit and was told that they didn't have any so I had to pay more money to get an 11x13 unit. That 11x13 unit that I was paying more a month for ended up being nine and a half by 10 ft. 4 in. I was told that in the contract it says the storages are approximate sizes. There's nothing approximate when they told me the 10x10 was gone and I had to pay more money to get 11x13. So in response to the comment that was left below, I contacted them, via email & haven't received a reply or even acknowledgement that my email received. I am getting contacted nonstop now by the collection agency that they sent my information to for a $76 balance out of another $300-400 charge that was manually put in after a month and a half of not being there. Measure your storages & check your contracts because I can't be the only one getting burned. About time to look into other options for getting reimbursed & hold them accountable.
